Return Policy
Opened Products
We do not accept returns on any product that has been opened and used. If a product is sent back to us and we determine it has been opened, tampered with or used, customer will not be issued a refund and item will be sent back.
Unopened Products
If you have an unopened product, you can return it within 14 days of invoice date to get a full refund if the item is still brand new. The original itemized shipping costs are not refunded when items are returned. We can provide you with a return label or you can create your own at your local UPS/USPS location.
Damaged in shipping
It rarely happens, but occasionally items are damaged during shipping. The responsibility for items damaged during shipping is the shipping carrier, which will most often be UPS or USPS. Packages must be opened within 72 hours after they are received to be inspected for any damage, and CX Horticulture must receive notice of the damage to report the claim and get you a refund and/or replacement. We cannot promise any refunds or replacements if this is not done within 72 hours.
Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders cancelled after shipment are considered Unopened Returns and will be subject to shipping and restocking fees if applicable.
